The Benefits Only A Beach Visit Can Give You

Researchers have dubbed that peaceful and calm feeling you get when your toes are in the sand “blue space.” And there are some surprising…and not no surprising ways being near the surf affects us.

  1. It reduces are stress. Not surprising at all. Water jump starts our senses; the smell, the sound and the feel. Then there are the positive ions by the millions produced by the waves.

  2. Boosts creativity. When you are in the blue space, you are more able to clear your mind, so if creatively block a trip to the beach is the cure.

  3. It changes your life perspective. People who go to the beach are changed for good. Positive thoughts become the ruling sentiment. Researchers can’t really say why on this one…but honestly who cares? Go with the flow!
