Signs Your Body Is Overworked

Now that the weekend is over, it’s time to get back to what’s important. You know, things like work, school, and figuring out the whole health thing. Part of figuring out your health is knowing whether or not your body is overworked. Here’s how to know if you need a rest and recharge:

You don’t perform as well in the gym – Working out becomes harder if you’re not hydrated or didn’t sleep enough. You’re generally in a bad mood – All pizza and no veggies can lead to one rotten mood. You don’t get enough sleep – This is possibly the worst offender. Seven hours is a pretty good amount to aim for. You feel foggy – If your body hurts, it’s probably no surprise your mind would feel the same way, too. You don’t have an appetite, or it’s all over the place – Sometimes if you’re really hungry, and you feel like you just ate, you’re probably tired or thirsty. Source: Bustle
