Sony Pictures/TriStar recently released a new image of Tom Hanks playing beloved children’s television star Mr. Rogers in the upcoming heartwarmer A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood.
The movie, which opens Nov. 22, was shot in and around Pittsburgh, where the real Mr. Rogers lived and worked his whole life.
Rogers was diagnosed with stomach cancer and died in 2002. He was 74.
