Here’s Some Tips To Wind Down Before Bed!

Shutting down your body and mind ahead of hitting the pillow will make a huge difference with how well you sleep.

If you toss and turn all night or just get restless, here are some key steps for winding down.

• Screens off! No electronic devices or TV. The blue light disrupts your body clock.

• A hot bath. Toss in some essential oils for more relaxation.

• A book, music or a podcast. They’re like the adult bedtime story.

• Write down everything that’s bothering you.

• S-t-r-e-t-c-h!
